History
William B. Cramer graduated law school in 1971 and spent the next five years with the United States Army. He returned to his hometown in 1976 and entered the private practice of law while also serving as President and Chairman of Cramer’s Cashway, Inc. In 1979, William B. Cramer and James A. Swetz joined together in the general practice of law in Stroudsburg. Soon thereafter, they were joined by Timothy J. McManus and Cramer, Swetz & McManus, P.C. was born. In 2012, Brian C. Jordan joined the firm and in 2014 the name was changed to Cramer, Swetz, McManus & Jordan, P.C. In 2023, Attorney Gary J. Saylor II became a shareholder of the firm.
