Biography
William B. Cramer is a seasoned Pennsylvania attorney with more than five decades of experience serving individuals, businesses, and municipalities throughout Monroe County and the surrounding region.
Mr. Cramer earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1971. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (1989). He is an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Early in his legal career, Mr. Cramer proudly served his country as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) of the United States Army from 1971 to 1976. Following his military service, he continued his commitment to public service as Assistant County Solicitor for Monroe County from 1977 to 1982, where he gained extensive experience in municipal operations and government law.
Mr. Cramer concentrates his practice in Corporate and Business Law; Real Estate Law; Municipal Law; Zoning, Planning, and Land Use; and Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estates.

He practices at Cramer, Swetz, McManus, Jordan & Saylor, P.C., located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, where he serves clients throughout Monroe County and neighboring communities, including Northampton, Lehigh, Carbon, Pike, Wayne, Lackawanna, and Luzerne Counties.
