Biography

For over 40 years, Attorney McManus has been privileged to represent clients in a multitude of real estate, business, and commercial matters and transactions. He also serves as counsel for a federal credit union; has represented commercial lending departments of several financial institutions; serves as a solicitor to numerous townships, planning commissions, and authorities; has been an approved attorney for several title insurance companies; and has served as a Monroe County Mortgage Foreclosure Conciliator from 2011 to the present. As a result, he brings a unique and diverse set of skills and experience to each client’s matter.

Recognition and Involvement: Tim was the 2017 President of the Monroe County Bar Association and a member of its Board of Directors; served on the Board of Directors and as Chairperson of both the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross and Laurel Manor Nursing Home; served on the Board of Directors of several other non-profit organization; been the recipient of the Volunteer of the Year and Clara Barton Honor awards from the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross; and been a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
