Attorney Joseph M. Plavin attended Jim Thorpe Area School District before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science from East Stroudsburg University. Attorney Plavin earned his Law Degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. While enrolled, Joseph was involved with the Federal Low-Income Tax Clinic, where he provided supervised legal services to those in need.
