Biography

Andy was born and raised in Warren County, New Jersey. Following graduation from Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, he continued his education at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, where he studied history. After working in Historic Preservation for several years, he entered the legal profession.

Both during and after his legal education, Andy worked at the law firm of Weisel, Xides & Foerster in Pittsburgh, concentrating in Real Estate and Estate Planning and Administration. In 1995, he returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania and, for eleven years, was a partner in the law firm of Billick & Wolf in Stroudsburg, concentrating again in those same practice areas, as well as in Civil Litigation.

In 2006, Andy became Corporate Counsel, then General Counsel for a large company located in Monroe County, PA. He returned to private practice with Cramer, Swetz, McManus & Jordan, P.C., in 2018 and looks forward to representing his clients’ best interests.
